Complex physiotherapy

How does it work?

After initial assessment, you will be given a personalised rehabilitation plan, aimed to target your problematic areas and get rid of the pain. Our goal is to get you back to doing all the activities you love in full function. Correct diagnostics and exercise can decrease chronic pain up to 70% (Journal of Physical Therapy Science, 2022).

  • visit at client's home is possible on request

Personal training

Do you want to start exercising? Do you want to learn healthier movement habits? Do you want long-term results? Are you training for a specific goal?

 

How does it work?

After initial movement diagnosis and initial interview, where YOU set your goal, you will be given a complex personalised training plan. Evidence says that individual approach and professional guidance increase the exercise efficiency by 30-50% (Journal of Sport Medicine, 2021).

 

Training plans will be designed based on your personal goals and expectations. Whatever it is - body recomposition, performance optimisation, muscle mass gain or weight management. 

 

My aim is to combine traditional strength training with elements of athletics, plyometrics, mobility and metabolic conditioning. I also specialise on running-specific programs and HYROX programs.
