I believe that a person will never own anything more valuable than their own health and the ability to do things that fulfill them. We prioritize careers, family, relationships, and finances, but often forget about ourselves. We fail to realize that our body is our home, our protector, and enables us to accomplish incredible things. However, none of us have a body that can go nonstop without needing rest or care. Let’s not wait until a function fails and the road to recovery becomes truly challenging. Instead, let’s find balance as a form of prevention and learn healthier habits.
