HYROX PROGRAM

 

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a worldwide fitness race, that combines running with functional exercises. Competitors undergo 8km of running, with one functional exercise after each kilometer such as rowing, lunges or sled pull.

This race is designed for all fitness levels and is held in different categories - solo, doubles or relay.

HYROX combines endurance, strength and stamina, which makes it attractive for both runners and strength enthusiasts.
